Abstract

This article aims at showing the close link between two types of narration: literary and film texts. These have maintained ambiguous relations for a century, even though both systems have different levels of implication in common which have gradually led to mutual enrichment. This study is an analysis of how the relations between these two arts evolved in the last century or so. Our objective is to demonstrate the consistent links between these two cultural systems and their interdependence within the social imaginary.
